At the same workshop, a designer was working whose name is Yukiko who was two years senior at work. She also helped as a weaver when we were so busy with many orders.

The working environment was monotonous and depressing, but fortunately, I was so lucky to refresh myself by having a post-work date....

Weaver - Shin Kinoshita

Training Era part 1

During his training era, he learned a hand weaving for the first two years and a machine weaving for the next eight years which he spent 10 years in total as his training to be a weaver.  The veteran weavers are over 50 years old ladies whom he learned a hand weaving from them. Even after he was able to weave to some extent, their work speed.....
