How to make Matcha drinks
- Dissolve 1g of matcha in a small amount of hot water / hot milk until there are no lumps
- Add cold/hot milk or water 130~150cc
- Add honey or sugar as you like
Since it is for culinary use, you can use matcha for cooking, dissolve it in hot water or milk, or mix it into a smoothie. Sugar or honey can be added to taste.
