- All products are supervised by the only 37 "Japanese tea experts" in Japan. The blend is easy to drink even for those new to matcha. The "Blended Matcha (unsweetened)" is sugar-free and made with organic ingredients (JAS certified). It is also recommended for health-conscious customers.

How to Brew Ginger Matcha
- Place 1g of matcha into a small bowl.
- Pour 90°C 20cc of hot water into the bowl, mix until all powder dissolved.
- Pour reminder of 120~130cc hot/cold water into the small bowl. Whisk briskly 15~20 seconds in W motion until tea is frothy.
In addition to ginger, other organic ingredients include cherry blossoms, strawberries, yuzu, turmeric, cinnamon, cacao, and mint. Blended Matcha (unsweetened): Dissolve in hot water or milk and drink straight or add sugar or honey as desired. 30g per bag: 28~30 cups.
