The white stalks of sencha are carefully roasted which are cultivated in the deep mountains of misty Yame area of the Kyushu Island. Anyone can enjoy this Kukihouji tea with its fragrant aroma and mellow taste since the soft white stalks are fluffy and have less astringency and more bitterness than green tea. It is not caffeine free, but its caffeine is much less than coffee and green tea. The people, who need to be carefully abut caffeine intake, can enjoy drinking this tea easily.

Way to serve

4g kuki houji tea leaves in 100℃, 200cc hot water for 30 seconds.
