Way to serve

Steamboat, steamed tofu, fried chicken, Japanese pasta, ramen, pickled vegetables, shabu-shabu. It goes well with simple seasonings that make the most of the ingredients. It also goes well with ponzu, stir-fry or fried rice with ponzu and sprinkle shichimi with yuzu to finish.

(Ponzu sauce is soy sauce mixed with citrus juice, which used for many purposes.)
