We had the pleasure to serve over 1 million customers in our restaurant where we have offered the finest beef and rice from Yamagata prefecture. Therefore, our restaurant offers a unique and special experience for both informal dining and for family ceremonies.
Last year, we established a food sales department and are offering our beloved restaurant quality products for the domestic market and also International market.

We currently offer 3 original Japan made sauces. These sauces are used in authentic Japanese cuisine at our Teppanyaki restaurant “Oukinosato” and have received many good reviews from our customers.

Our company’s concept is making delicious and healthy food. We mostly use natural Japanese ingredients and avoid to use chemical additives. We have been doing our export business with the goals to bring you experience modern Japanese flavours in a convenient range of restaurant quality products for your daily meals.

About Us

We have been running a Teppanyaki restaurant in Osaka for over 35 years. Currently, we are developing our original Japan made sauces for sale in domestic and also export to the International F&B market. We have exhibited at Japan’s food export fair in Osaka 2021 and Tokyo 2022.
